Sessions will be $150 for 45 minutes.
Do you accept insurance?
United Healthcare and Aetna are in network and out of network insurances are also accepted.
What can I expect during the first session?
The first session is the first step in the therapeutic journey and it allows us to get to know each other. I will conduct an intake that focuses on asking about the biological, psychological, and social aspects of yourself. This will also allow you to ask any questions you might have about the process and any hesitations you may have coming into therapy if this is your first time.
What should I expect in therapy overall?
Therapy requires a collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client. Therapist’s role is to provide guidance when necessary to allow you to best meet your goals and needs. There may be times where it can be challenging and uncomfortable but I will be there to support you and guide you to become the best version of yourself.
How often will I need to attend therapy?
Initially, the sessions will occur once a week. As the the therapy continues, we will reassess if more or less sessions per week are necessary or required.

Yes, if the homework aids in managing symptoms and working towards your goals. Homework may include worksheets, journaling, or behavioral experiments that will aid in practicing the skills that are taught in session.

How do you ensure confidentiality and privacy?
I maintain confidentiality by using HIPPA compliant electronic medical record software, HIPPA compliant tele-health platforms and requesting informed consent from you if you would like to disclose the information to medical providers or others.
I will break confidentiality if I suspect that you are suicidal, homicidal, or will be endangering someone else. I am also a mandated reporter which means that if I suspect elder or child abuse I am required to break confidentiality.
I work as part of the team at Greenberg Psychological Services which means that I may disclose details of your case to my colleagues and/or to my supervisor if and when I feel it is necessary for effective treatment.
